If you have an\u00a0UNLIMITED\u00a0<\/b>subscription please book\u00a0UNLIMITED EMS Sessions 12 or 6<\/b>\u00a0(depending the length of your subscription) instead or regular EMS Sessions.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

If any of your\u00a0monthly payment<\/span>\u00a0on credit card or domiciliation on bank account fails, you\u2019ll be noticed by mail, you can always\u00a0pay it as soon as possible in the studio via bancontact or cash or via bank transfer on BE19 0019 4455 0512.<\/span><\/p>

If you need a suspension<\/b>\u00a0of your subscription, please send a mail in advance to\u00a0suspensions@bodytrainingstudio.be<\/span> with the precise dates of the suspension and the reason. Your suspension request will be taken in account as of the date you sent the mail, no oral or text request to the trainers will be taken into account. Please notice that you have the right to 6 weeks of suspension per year.<\/b><\/span><\/p>

For medical suspension,<\/b>\u00a0please notice we need a\u00a0medical certificate<\/span>\u00a0from a doctor that is stating the\u00a0inability<\/span>\u00a0to sport and the\u00a0reason for this inability.<\/span><\/p>

We can freeze the subscription for medical reasons up to 3 months depending on the duration of the certificate.<\/p>

Send the certificate as soon as you know about about your condition,\u00a0we don\u2019t accept retroactive certificates.<\/b><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In case you would like to terminate your contract:<\/p>

On the expected end date<\/b>\u00a0of your subscription: 6 or 12 months after the start of your subscription (depending the length of your subscription).<\/p>

Send a mail to\u00a0info@bodytrainingstudio.be<\/span>\u00a0at least a month before the anniversary date of your subscription (you can find this in your app). Your termination request will be taken in account as of the date you sent the mail,\u00a0no oral or text request to the trainers\u00a0<\/b>will be taken into account.<\/p>
