We would also like to remind you some practical informations.
Reservation app
To book sessions please feel free to download and use our app “Body Training Studio” on the App Store or Google Play. Create an account and book!
If you have an UNLIMITED subscription please book UNLIMITED EMS Sessions 12 or 6 (depending the length of your subscription) instead or regular EMS Sessions.
payment
If any of your monthly payment on credit card or domiciliation on bank account fails, you’ll be noticed by mail, you can always pay it as soon as possible in the studio via bancontact or cash or via bank transfer on BE19 0019 4455 0512.
If your card expires, please give us your new card number asap.
billing
If you need an invoice for your subscription, please send email to accounting@bodytrainingstudio.be with your company details (Name,VAT Number, Adress). Be specific on which term you want the invoice.
subscription suspension
If you need a suspension of your subscription, please send a mail in advance to suspensions@bodytrainingstudio.be with the precise dates of the suspension and the reason. Your suspension request will be taken in account as of the date you sent the mail, no oral or text request to the trainers will be taken into account. Please notice that you have the right to 6 weeks of suspension per year.
For medical suspension, please notice we need a medical certificate from a doctor that is stating the inability to sport and the reason for this inability.
We can freeze the subscription for medical reasons up to 3 months depending on the duration of the certificate.
Send the certificate as soon as you know about about your condition, we don’t accept retroactive certificates.
terminate your contract
In case you would like to terminate your contract:
On the expected end date of your subscription: 6 or 12 months after the start of your subscription (depending the length of your subscription).
Send a mail to info@bodytrainingstudio.be at least a month before the anniversary date of your subscription (you can find this in your app). Your termination request will be taken in account as of the date you sent the mail, no oral or text request to the trainers will be taken into account.

Send a mail to info@bodytrainingstudio.be . You’ll have to (as specified in the terms and condition of sales and use of Body Training Studio) pay 3 months indemnity (matching the price of your subscription) + 75€ administration costs.
